Customer Service Hours Monday - 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST Tuesday - 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST Wednesday - 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST Thursday - 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST Friday - 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST Saturday - Closed. Sunday - Closed. If you have purchased a brand new or completely refurbished to like-new condition credit card terminal from Merchant Service Sale all equipment carries a full year warranty against workmanship and repair defects. Should you experience any service issues with your credit card terminal, please call us at 1.800.310.8641 and we will send a replacement terminal. The customer is responsible for mailing and shipping costs incurred returning any defected terminal. If you are unhappy with your terminal purchase we will provide a full refund less costs of shipping for any terminals returned within 7 days of receipt of terminal. The terminal or device must include all parts, cords, supplies, cards, signage, and overlays included with the purchase for a full refund.

Shipping Policy Most orders are shipped Monday- Friday within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will notify you by email or phone should there be any type of unexpected delay. Merchant Service Sales can not be responsible for conditions outside of our control like weather conditions that may delay the arrival of your order. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are only refundable for defective merchandise or merchandise we sent in error returned within 7 days of purchase date.
All returns must be packaged appropriately and insured to avoid damage.Merchant Service Sales will not assume liability for any packages lost in transit that were returned to us or to one of our manufacturer partners with a service that does not provide a tracking number. |
